Electronic Circuit Design & Embedded Programming
We have strong experience in analog circuit design, sensors, microcontrollers, wireless communications, and motor controls. We've provided end-to-end development of wearables, medical devices, industrial controls, and smart IoT sensors. Many of our projects involve robotics, electronic control systems, and real-time sensor processing. We can also review designs for cost optimization, manufacturability, and technical troubleshooting.
We have experience writing embedded firmware using C, C++, assembly, and Spin (used for the multi-core Propeller microcontroller). We've developed on a variety of platforms including ARM, Atmel AVR, TI MSP430, Nordic Semiconductor, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, as well as simple PC applications.

Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Layout
We are proud to be an official Altium Designer service bureau. We use state of the art software to design electronic circuit boards using multiple layers, high-density, surface-mount or through-hole components. With seamless MCAD and ECAD integration we can fit-check the entire design using 3D models of the board, components, and enclosure. This allows us to satisfy very challenging size and shape constraints within the product.

Mechanical Design and 3D CAD
We do mechanical engineering and 3D CAD for many projects. This is particularly valuable when there is a need to closely integrate electronics and mechanical assemblies for wearables and industrial products. We are experienced in designing parts for plastic injection molding, CNC machining, 3D printing, laser cutting, sheet metal fab, die-cutting, and even textiles.
We have worked with countless vendors to manufacture real parts (and even have past experience operating a machine shop). We are very comfortable with electronic and mechanical assemblies.

From Prototypes to Manufacturing
We have in-house prototyping capabilities to build and test hardware. We iterate through each phase of development, from fast low-cost initial proofs-of-concept to higher-fidelity functional prototypes used for testing and validation. We aim to de-risk critical areas of the design early-on to save significant time and cost at later stages of development.
